This is a commercial fishery which Rookery Angling Club members are permitted to fish.

It is located between Oxted and Lihgfield in Surrey.

The lake is approximately 1 acre in size with two islands, spring fed that has been established for many years. It is predominately a carp lake with recorded weights up to 20+lbs although the majority of stock is less than this. There is also bream, roach, rudd, tench and gudgeon.
