This is a commercial fishery for which the club has a concession for two rods.

The lake is approximately one acre in size that is spring fed and has two islands.The lake is located between Oxted and Lingfield off Tandridge Lane.

It is predominately a carp lake with recorded weights up to 20+lbs although the majority of stock is less than this. There are also tench, bream, roach, rudd and gudgeon.
